Cadmium(Cd)is a toxic heavy metal occurring in the environment naturally and is also generated through various anthropogenic sources and acts as a pollutant.Human health is affected by Cd pollution in farmland soils because food is the main source of Cd intake in the non-smoking population.For crops,Cd toxicity may result from a disturbance in uptake and translocation of mineral nutrients and disturbance in plant metabolism,inhibiting plant growth and development.However,plants have Cd tolerance mechanisms,including restricted Cd uptake,decreased Cd root-to-shoot translocation,enhanced antioxidant enzyme activities,and increased production of phytochelatins.Furthermore,optimal supply of mineral nutrients is one of the strategies to alleviate the damaging effects of Cd on plants and to avoid its entry into the food chain.The emerging molecular knowledge contributes to understanding Cd uptake,translocation,and remobilization in plants.In this review,Cd toxicity and tolerance mechanisms,agricultural practices to minimize Cd accumulation,Cd competition with essential elements(calcium,copper,iron,zinc,and manganese),and genes associated with Cd uptake are discussed in detail,especially regarding how these mineral nutrients and genes play a role in decreasing Cd uptake and accumulation in crop plants.  相似文献

In this study, we investigated the effects of 10 mM CaCl2 on membrane permeability, malondialdehyde (MDA), reactive oxygen species (ROS), and Na+, K+, Ca2+, and Mg2+ concentrations in different organs of sour jujube grown under 150 mM NaCl stress. Our results showed 73% leaf wilting in the Na treatment. The Na treatment significantly increased leaf superoxide (O2.?) production rates, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) concentrations, cell membrane permeability, MDA concentrations, and Na+ concentrations in roots, stems, and leaves. The Na treatment significantly reduced K+, Ca2+,and Mg2+ concentrations in roots, but increased K+ concentrations in stems. Compared with the Na treatment, 39% of the leaves showed wilting symptoms in the Na+Ca treatment. The Na+Ca treatment significantly decreased leaf O2.? production rates, H2O2 concentrations, cell membrane permeability, and MDA concentrations. Moreover, the Na+Ca treatment (1) significantly reduced Na+ concentrations in roots, stems, and leaves; (2) significantly increased root K+ concentrations; (3) significantly increased K+/Na+ ratios in roots; (4) significantly increased Ca2+ concentrations in stems and leaves, and Mg2+ concentrations in roots. In conclusion, exogenous CaCl2 reduces NaCl stress in sour jujube by reducing Na+ concentrations and increasing K+, Ca2+, and Mg2+ concentrations in various plant organs.  相似文献

选用陆地棉(Gossypium hirsutum L.)品种新陆早45号,在室外盆栽至开花结铃期后,移至人工气候室,模拟新疆棉花花铃期易出现的低温逆境条件,设置处理T(16℃/10℃,昼/夜),以常温(30℃/18℃,昼/夜)处理作为对照,采用叶绿素荧光和P700同步测定技术,研究低温对棉花花铃期叶片光合机构PSII能量分配、PSI氧化还原状态及环式电子传递流的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,低温处理显著降低了棉花叶片PSII光适应状态下最大光化学量子产量(F_v'/F_m')、光化学猝灭系数(qP)和PSII有效光化学量子产量[Y(II)],并使PSII非调节性能量耗散[Y(NO)]和调节性能量耗散[Y(NPQ)]量子产量显著升高,诱导PSII发生光抑制。低温引起棉花叶片光合机构PSI受体侧限制[Y(NA)]显著下降和供体侧限制[Y(ND)]显著升高,但未引起有效的PSI复合体含量(P_m)显著降低,表明与PSII相比,棉花叶片PSI对低温不敏感。此外,低温引起环式电子传递量子产量[Y(CEF)]以及与PSII实际量子产量比率的[Y(CEF)/Y(II)]显著升高,进一步表明在低温下,光破坏防御机制中环式电子传递流对棉花PSI、PSII起着重要的保护作用,是主要的光破坏防御机制。非光化学热耗散(NPQ)和调节性非光化学热耗散[Y(NPQ)]与[Y(CEF)]具有显著的正相关关系,表明低温引起棉花花铃期叶片PSII反应中心过度关闭产生过剩的激发能,造成了PSII可逆的光抑制,环式电子传递流的响应及较高的调节性能量耗散共同保护了棉花叶片PSI和PSII免受光抑制的损伤,这可能是棉花叶片PSI对低温不敏感的重要原因。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究改造运输车对缓解驴运输应激的效果。选取28头健康德州公驴,随机分为2组,从北京密云县运输至聊城市东阿县东阿黑毛驴研究所,路程约500 km,历时18 h。试验使用9.6 m长单层货车为运输车,对试验组(T)运输车进行改造,即加装顶层和双侧篷布、底部加装草帘和中部加装隔栏,对照组(C)不作处理。运输前后测定驴血液生化和激素指标,统计体重变化和发病驴数量。结果表明,与运输前相比,普通车组驴在落地当天检测到血清皮质醇(COR)、白蛋白(ALB)水平均显著升高(P<0.05),总蛋白(TP)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、热休克蛋白-90(HSP90)和肌酸激酶(CK)指标极显著升高(P<0.01),钙(Ca)浓度显著降低(P<0.05)。改造车组驴血液指标TP、AST和CK的变化范围低于普通车组。两组驴落地后血糖(GLU)水平均比运输前升高,但差异均不显著(P<0.05)。与运输前相比,改造车组驴落地后的体重减少低于普通车组;改造车组驴在落地后第10天平均体重接近运输前,而普通车组驴的平均体重在落地后第20天才基本恢复至运输前水平,即使用改造运输车辆可以尽早恢复体重。普通车组驴发病率为21.4%,改造车组为7.1%;两组均无死亡。综合上述结果,改造运输车可有效降低驴的运输应激,有利于提高动物运输福利,减少经济损失;本试验结果可为动物运输应激提供参考。  相似文献

In this paper, the Annualized Agricultural Non‐Point Source (AnnAGNPS) model has been used to estimate runoff, peak discharge and sediment load at the event scale in a Mediterranean watershed. The study area is the Carapelle torrent, Southern Italy (area = 506 km2), where continuous rainfall, streamflow and sediment load data are available. Nineteen flood events have been registered in the period 2007–2009 and were used for the application of the model. The aim of the paper is to evaluate the predictive accuracy of the model at the event scale, in a medium‐size watershed, given the specific conditions of the semi‐arid environments. A sensitivity analysis has been carried out to assign the correct parameterization: the mean normalized output variation of the most meaningful input parameters pointed out the influence of the curve number on runoff, peak discharge and sediment load predictions (values greater than 1); the MN Manning's roughness coefficient and K, C and P factors of the universal soil loss equation showed a moderate influence on sediment load simulations (values between 0·5 and 1). The selection of the Soil Conservation Service synthetic storm types has been based on the observed storm events analysis to improve the peak discharge simulations. The model prediction has proved to be good for runoff (R2 = 0·74, NSE = 0·75, W = 0·92) and peak discharge (R2 = 0·85, NSE = 0·70, W = 0·94), and satisfactory for sediment yield (R2 = 0·70, NSE = 0·63, W = 0·91). The relative error is lower for high events; this result is quite interesting in semi‐arid environments, where most of the annual sediment yield is concentrated in a few, severe events. This article puts forward a 3 Layers Model for the communication between embedded system and PC. It is based on the speciality of them and the TCP/IP model. The model defines the communicate process of embedded system to be three layers: Transport Layer, Control Layer and Application Layer. Each layer serves for its higher-up. It can keep the efficiency and credibility of the communicate process and the authors prove and analyse that in the article. the concept of the model is also suitable for Bluetooth, IrDA and other kinds of communication about embedded system.  相似文献
